任職要求/崗位職責(zé)

一、關(guān)鍵職責(zé) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.目標(biāo)區(qū)生產(chǎn)跟蹤分析，月度、季度、年度動態(tài)分析；
Track production performance and conduct monthly/quarterly/annual performance analysis；
2.新井井位優(yōu)化部署，新井鉆后評價(jià)；
New well location optimization and post drilling well evaluation；
3.油氣藏油藏工程方法研究；
Reservoir engineering study on oil and gas reservoir；
4.油藏動態(tài)模型建立和歷史擬合；
Establish dynamic model and history match；
5.開發(fā)方案研究及開發(fā)方案實(shí)施跟蹤和調(diào)整；
Development plan optimization and adjustment；
6.油氣藏儲量評估；
Reserves estimation；
7.年度勘探開發(fā)部署方案編制；
Develop annual exploration and development plan；
8.新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)。
New project development potential evaluation.
二、任職資格，經(jīng)驗(yàn)，技能等要求 QUALIFICATIONS，EXPERIENCE &ampamp SKILLS
1. 油藏工程或油田開發(fā)專業(yè),要求本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.10年以上油氣田開發(fā)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 具備綜合動態(tài)油藏分析，物質(zhì)平衡計(jì)算，遞減曲線分析,試井分析及PVT分析能力；
4. 熟悉建模軟件Petrel RE, Eclipse, OFM，至少熟練使用一種專業(yè)數(shù)值模擬軟件，熟練使用office軟件；
5. 有較強(qiáng)的英語聽、讀、寫能力，能很好進(jìn)行英語交流，具備較強(qiáng)責(zé)任心及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。

UEG mainly engages in upstream oil and gas exploration, development,
