聯(lián)合能源集團(tuán)有限公司（簡稱：聯(lián)合能源或本集團(tuán)）是在香港聯(lián)合交易所主板上市的獨(dú)立石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)企業(yè)。
United Energy Group Limited (referred to as UEG or the Group) is an independent oil and gas exploration and development company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
聯(lián)合能源主要從事上游石油天然氣勘探開發(fā)與生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營等業(yè)務(wù)，并著眼于新能源領(lǐng)域業(yè)務(wù)布局。總部設(shè)在香港，運(yùn)營管理總部設(shè)在北京，并分別在中國、阿聯(lián)酋、巴基斯坦、伊拉克和埃及等地設(shè)有分子公司。本集團(tuán)全職員工2,000多名，其中外籍員工占比高達(dá)89%，擁有一支高度國際化的專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
UEG mainly engages in upstream oil and gas exploration, development,
production and operations and is also growing its investments in the renewable
energy sector. The headquarters is located in Hong Kong, and the operations
management headquarters is located in Beijing. It also has subsidiaries in China,
the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Iraq, and Egypt. Our group has over 2000 full-
time employees, with foreign employees accounting for 89% of the total. We have
a highly internationalized professional team.
自2011年以來，聯(lián)合能源集團(tuán)把握機(jī)遇，加快投資步伐，在南亞、中東及北非地區(qū)成功完成了多起并購項(xiàng)目。作為負(fù)責(zé)任的“國際公民”，聯(lián)合能源也在積極探索清潔能源項(xiàng)目與碳中和機(jī)會(huì)，進(jìn)一步豐富業(yè)務(wù)版圖。通過現(xiàn)有資產(chǎn)挖潛和新項(xiàng)目并購的雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)，將集團(tuán)建設(shè)成為“高成長性國際中型能源公司”，在未來續(xù)寫更多成功故事。
Since 2011, UEG has seized growth opportunities, accelerated its investment pace,
and successfully completed multiple mergers and acquisitions in South Asia, the
Middle East, and North Africa. As a responsible corporate citizen, UEG is also actively
exploring clean energy projects and opportunities for carbon neutrality. Through its
dual commitment to tapping potential in existing assets and acquiring new projects,
the group aims to evolve into a "high-growth international medium-sized energy
company" and continue to write more success stories in the future.
