任職要求/崗位職責

JOB OBJECTIVE 崗位設置目標：
Responsible for comprehensive geological research, well location demonstration, reserve evaluation, exploration and development plan preparation, etc.
負責目標地區(qū)綜合地質(zhì)研究、井位論證、儲量評價、勘探開發(fā)方案編制等。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 關鍵職責：
1.Comprehensive geological research on the region and target blocks.
1. 區(qū)域及目標區(qū)塊綜合地質(zhì)研究；
2.Conduct comprehensive research on fine stratigraphic correlation, structure, and reservoir, analyze oil&ampampampgas distribution, and OOIP/GIIP calculation.
2.開展地層及小層對比、構(gòu)造、儲層綜合研究、油氣分布規(guī)律分析，地質(zhì)儲量計算；
3.Build geological models, conduct uncertainty analysis, and calculate hydrocarbon inplace volume.
3.油藏地質(zhì)建模及不確定性分析計算地質(zhì)儲量；
4.New well locations demonstration and optimization，new well tracking and post-drilling evaluation.
4. 探井及開發(fā)井的井位論證以及新井跟蹤及鉆后評價；
5.Develop annual exploration and development plan or LTP.
5.年度勘探開發(fā)部署方案及中長期規(guī)劃編制。
6.New project geological potential evaluation.
7.新項目地質(zhì)潛力評價。

QUALIFICATIONS，EXPERIENCE &ampampamp SKILLS 任職資格，經(jīng)驗，技能等要求：
Education/Major，Certificate tec. 學歷/專業(yè)，職業(yè)認證資格等:
*地質(zhì)相關專業(yè),本科以上學歷。
Professional knowledge, experience, and capability related 工作知識/經(jīng)驗/能力要求:
*10年以上地質(zhì)綜合相關工作經(jīng)驗。
Job-Specific Skills 崗位特殊技能 :
*具備砂巖、碳酸鹽巖地質(zhì)綜合研究能力及相關經(jīng)驗；
*熟練應用Petrel建模軟件及其他相關地質(zhì)軟件如Resform, 石文等。
Language 語言 :
*有較強的英語或俄語語言能力，能較好應用英語或俄語開展進行技術(shù)溝通
