崗位設(shè)置目標 JOB OBJECTIVE ：
To lead and oversee the planning, design, construction, and operation of surface and facilities (S&ampampampF) and infrastructure for upstream oil and gas assets. Ensure that all surface and facility engineering activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Strong communication with assets. Arrange meeting and approval for major oil and gas surface projects. Drive technical excellence, optimize facility performance, and support the company’s production targets through innovative engineering solutions and effective cross-functional collaboration.
崗位職責(zé) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ：
1、負責(zé)公司地面工程建設(shè)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的管理，跟蹤各資產(chǎn)日常油氣集輸系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)，及時分析，對出現(xiàn)的問題提出建設(shè)性意見；地面工程涉及范圍：各類油氣集輸管道、集油站、大型處理（聯(lián)合站）、油氣處理系統(tǒng)；相關(guān)的油、氣、水、電、訊、消防、土建、自動化控制、防腐、化學(xué)劑等；
2、負責(zé)油田開發(fā)地面工程方案和油田設(shè)施配套技術(shù)方案的編制，管理范疇包括概念設(shè)計及方案、計劃預(yù)算、FEED 、工程設(shè)計、建造施工、驗收、投運、日常運行和維護、改造等；
3、負責(zé)油氣田新項目地面工程技術(shù)評價；
4、負責(zé)地面工程外協(xié)項目的立項、技術(shù)審查、實施及驗收；
5、負責(zé)地面設(shè)備采購及地面工程服務(wù)的技術(shù)支持；
1、Responsible for the management of the company's Surface engineering construction-related business, track the daily operation status of each asset's oil and gas gathering and transportation system, analyze it in a timely manner, and put forward constructive opinions on the problems that arise. S&ampampampF engineering involves various oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines, oil gathering stations, large-scale treatment (joint stations), oil and gas treatment systems; related oil, gas, water, electricity, communications, fire protection, civil engineering, automation control, anti-corrosion, chemical agents, etc.;
2、Responsible for the preparation of oilfield development surface engineering plans and supporting technical plans for oilfield facilities, including conceptual design and schemes, planning and budgeting, FEED, engineering design, construction, acceptance, operation, daily operation and maintenance, transformation, etc.;
3、Responsible for the technical evaluation of surface engineering of new oil and gas field projects;
4、Responsible for the project approval, technical review, implementation and acceptance of ground engineering outsourcing projects;
5、Responsible for the procurement of ground equipment and technical support of S&ampampampF engineering services.

任職要求：
Qualifications 任職資格（教育/專業(yè)）:
統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，油氣儲運工程相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, major in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering;
Requirement of Experience &ampampamp Capability 工作知識/經(jīng)驗/能力要求：
1、10年以上地面油氣集輸系統(tǒng)技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗，并有一定的工藝設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)；
2、熟悉地面油氣集輸系統(tǒng)工藝流程及地面工藝設(shè)計；
3、理論基礎(chǔ)深厚，豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗，直接參加、組織過大型地面建設(shè)項目，作風(fēng)務(wù)實；
4、具備流利的英語聽說讀寫能力，英語可以作為工作語言；
5、外企或海外工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
1、More than 10 years of technical management experience in surface oil and gas gathering and transportation systems, and have a certain process design foundation;
2、Familiar with the process flow and surface process design of surface oil and gas gathering and transportation system;
3、He has a deep theoretical foundation, rich practical experience, has directly participated in and organized large-scale ground construction projects, and has a pragmatic style;
4、Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, English can be used as a working language;
5、Work experience in foreign companies or overseas is preferred.
