任職要求/崗位職責

Work Activities：

§ Day to day operation of fleet ships.
§ Control of assigned budget.
§ Ensuring all marine shipboard safety and environmental policies are carried out in accordance with international regulations and Company procedures.
§ The preparation and review of ship/shore contingency plans covering emergency situations.
§ Conducting internal audits of the shipboard safety system.
§ Participating in SMS review meetings.
§ Dealing with non-conformities covering ship and shore based operations.
§ Investigating accident reports regarding safety and insurance.
§ Compliance and implementation of relevant Rules, Regulations, Codes and Guidelines.
§ Ensure the visit of the ships in dry docks.

Required Competencies:

§ Ex Chief Engineer on tankers vessels
§ At least 2 years of ashore experience a similar role handling tankers
§ Three years ' shipyard or ship management experience or equivalency
§ Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
§ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
§ Service-minded team player with good cooperative skills
§ Master degree in Marine Engineering/Technical or equivalent
