As Inventory Planner, he/she must fully understand responsible Production line’s business plan and marketing strategy to improve forecast accuracy. Help solve all category supply issue and cooperate with Production line and Manufacture closely to improve Forecast Accuracy and achieve a high service level with optimized inventory. Smoothly communicate with Sales, Logistics and Manufacture to provide better product supply service for internal and external customers. Optimize company working capital through effective inventory management to support company fast growth. Meanwhile, he needs to have professional knowledge about SAP system, forecasting, inventory management and excellent communication skill to improve SCM management efficiency and cross function communication capability.

Key Accountabilities:
Understand Production Line’s demand, actual order and inventory conditions. Tracking sales forecast achievement. Provide accurate replenishment plan timely. Quick response to coordinate related functions and resources to solve supply issue or give supply proposal to response emergency demand.
Responsible for the basic inventory management function for the area supported to include: sales order delivery process and reconciliation, reporting to PSL leadership key metrics, goods issue, receiving process, and developing solutions to address gaps.
Running analytics to work out strategies to optimize inventory levels, Maintain Inventory healthy condition. Coordinate Operation team to clear slow-moving stock timely and to meet all the inventory management KPIs not only limited to DIO, Slow moving etc.
Employee should execute the daily working in line with the company related policy or procedure including but not limited to business operation procedure\ disciplinary policy, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and above.
At least CET-6. Must be able to read, write and speak English well.
Candidates with supply chain in-depth knowledge (warehousing &amp demand management, procurement, global logistics &amp transportation) is preferred.
Strong computer skills and analytical abilities to resolve problems required.
Candidates with SAP Skills is preferred.
3 years above supply chain working experience, including planning relevant field experience is preferred but Entry-level candidates are also welcomed.
Good communication skill.
