INVISTA is bringing the latest adiponitrile (ADN) technology to China to satisfy the strong, local demand for the nylon 6,6 intermediate chemical. A minimum 400,000-ton ADN plant is underway at an estimated investment in excess of $1 billion.
To support this INVISTA’s largest capital project, INVISTA Shanghai is hiring an MRP Controller to develop raw material requirement planning for Day 1 readiness of this ADN project.

Roles and Responsibilities:
During Project:
Coordinate with the ERP set-up in ECC &amp APO including Material, BOM, Recipe, etc.
Shop-floor system set up for ADN loading/ production/ consumption.
Develop procedures for material and product handling process, inventory management process, etc.
Work with related work streams to ensure raw materials get into site on time.
Coordinate and receive raw materials.
Manage material inventory both in internal and external warehouse.

During Normal Operation after Project:
Maintain raw material master data.
Maintain bills of materials (BOM) / Recipe / Production Version.
Ensure accurate raw material planning via MRP in SAP/APO.
Put systems in place for raw material ordering and inventory monitoring to meet production planning and working capital objectives.
Coordinate and receive raw materials.
Confirm accurate consumption of materials in production.
Input where appropriate raw material and utility analytical data as part of the EIDS (ISO 9002) requirements.
Reconcile inventory with site accounting.
Precious metal related materials management.
Utility &amp Energy planning.
Coordinate with product loading.

Technical Skills &amp Competencies
Bachelor degree or above.
Minimum 2 years working experience in material planning, supply chain or logistics (related experience in chemical industry would be a prefer).
Experience in SAP.
Demonstrated analytical or problem-solving capability.
Patience in details and numbers.
Good in oral and written English.
