JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out rigorous observations, evaluations, and diagnosis to define improvement opportunities supported by data analysis including KPI and value stream mapping.
Primary focusing on develop, sustain, and optimize basic operations management, including operations routine management process, design, and setup new work process for improving routine operation in daily cycle, and further improve work process implementation
Ensure the development and long-term sustainability of continues improvement programs to meet business targets through development and execution of focused improvement plans.
Support and develop the performance measurement system through the level shop floor to the Site Leadership Team.
Provide coaching and mentoring of the continues improvement methodology to ensure that the techniques and mindsets become established across the workforce especially for shift teams and that targeted delivery of the process is robustly applied to maximize benefits.
Manage a complex improvement programs with a potential of high impact to the operations and business.
Provide active engagement of the corresponding Cross Functional teams in a manner which builds trust, buy-in and initiates a sustained cultural change.


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

Degree qualification in an Engineering discipline with at least 5 years combined experience and 2 years or above in site continuous improvement roles within the Chemical, Automotive or General Manufacturing sectors. Preferably in Chemical Industry.
In-depth knowledge of how to capture, promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives which deliver cost saving and boost production efficiency.
Excellent communication skills to influence and engage shop floor to site management whilst being confident in leading cross functional teams.

Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to deliver solutions and generate new ideas and approaches.
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
